C30H32CoN204, M r = 543.53, monoclinic, a = 7.543 (1), b = 10.961 (1), c = 16.082 (1) A, fl= 97.15(1) °, U= 1319.3A a,Z=2,D x= 1.370, D c--1.368 gcm -3, space group P21/c , F(000) = 566,/t(Mo Ka) = 6.4 cm -~, 2(Mo Ka) = 0.71069 A. The structure was refined to R = 0-0375 for 3564 diffractometer data. The complex is centrosymmetric. The Co atom has an octahedral coordination with Co-N and mean Co-O distances of 2.262(4) and 2.036 (3) A respectively.
