<臨床研究> 外傷性四肢骨幹部骨折に対する創外固定器の治療成績

We reviewed the clinical results of 432 traumatic fractures in 387 patients by external fixation between 1984 and 2000. The sites of involvement were as follows: tibia,185; femur, 180; humerus, 43; and forearm, 23. The average rate of bone union was 92.1 % and average period for bone union was 18.7 weeks by using only external fixation. The complication was frequently superficial pin tract infection.
