銀河中心領域におけるガスの膨張運動 : 質点近似

Radial motions of gas behind strong shock waves which expand from the Galactic center are analyzed in the cases of rigid body and Kepler's rotations by an approximation of test particle. The period of the former is shorter than that of the latter and is just a half of the Galactic rotational period. Hence, we can regard the Galactic rotation as rigid body rotation in its center region. This is consistent with the usually accepted density distribution of gas. Particles which are rushed out by
more » ... ck waves go on the Galactic disk and tend to come up with some of them after a certain time. Then the rotational curve is deformed remarkably. The origin of the 270-pc expanding ring is considered, and effects of gaseous and magnetic pressures are also discussed simply.
