I have marked some problems in system academic management, the aspects of human resources management, of formation and attestation of scientifi c and didactic stuff, salarization mechanisms, stimulation and motivation of scientifi c work of collaborators, some development aspects of academic and extraacademic departments, of medical section. Just some conceptual visions of solving some actual problems, that have to be solved from the authors point of view, had been exposed.
