more » ... dy case, a set of medium size enterprises in the Lara state (Venezuela), of which was obtained a set of data processed by descriptive and multivariate statistics such as correlation analysis and simple regression. It is concluded from the analysis and processing of data, the existence of a negative and statistically significant relationship between the size and administrative intensity, confirming on the one hand the established in the literature in this particular for large organizations and otherwise, reafirming the same trend for medium enterprises that generally expected that the directive, managerial and administrative staff keep higher proportions in relation to the operational staff, if comparisons between company size it is.
