Case. A 41 − year − 01d woman underwent hysterectomy on a diagnosis of ute 血 e myoma 血 a 皿 other hospital at the age of 37, She was admitted to our hospital because of cough and bloody sputum . Fiberoptic broncho − scopy was performed because her chest X − ray film revealed multiple nodules 血 both lungs. A white and soft polypoid tumor arose from the left lower bronchus . The biopsied specimen revealed malignant cells with spindle − shaped nuclei . A diagnosis of leiomyosarcoma was conf / irmed
