This paper discuss a series of s-Triazine derivatives based quinoline demonstrate a wide range of biological activity.In the present investigation 4,7-dichloroquinoline as taken as starting material and treated with ethylene diamine afforded 4-substituted 7-chloroquinoline,Whichfurther reacted with 1,5-disubstituted cyanuric chloride yielded 1,3,5-triazine chloroquinoline derivatives.All the synthesized compounds were characterized using IR ,H 1, C 13 NMR, mass spectral studies and elemental
