The paper considers in detail the social economic causes of crime in the housing and communal sector. Analyzing the tariff system that currently exists in the housing and communal sector, it should be noted that, on the one hand, it reduces social tension in society, and on the other hand, it makes the housing and communal area the most attractive for the criminal sector.
