Administrator's Decisions and English Teacher's Expectations in Conflict: A Longitudinal Qualitative Case Study

In this study, a private school of secondary education, department of English language teaching (ELT) was examined by interviewing the teachers through SWOT analysis data collection procedure. Every teacher (N=12) working for the ELT department was interviewed for at least 40 minutes. The first cycle of data collection was completed in the fall term of 2008-2009 academic year.
