DEFINING THE OPTIMAL BANDWIDTH IN BRIDGE POWER CONVERTERS

In this paper optimal bandwidth of power converters loaded with resonant circuit is defined based on calculations of the switching power losses. Switching power losses in IGBT bridge converters are analyzed depending of the converter's switching frequency. The operation of a full bridge serial resonant converter for switching frequency below and above the resonant frequency is analyzed.
