Deaths due to unnoticed fall of heavyweights lifted by cranes is an industrial problem. During the lift of heavy objects, there are cases where the hanging weight gets cut off and falls on the faraway workers. Many such incidents have been reported in the past and have claimed a lot of valuable lives.
