Purified konjac glucomannan(KGM) was blended with Xanthan gum to prepared gel, which was valued by its viscosity and tenacity. The konjac micro-balls(KMBs) were prepared in drying and wetting method respectively. The diameter of the KMBs was analyzed with laser particle size analyzer. To a carrier of drug deliver, the delivery characteristics of the NMP, which embedded in KMB, was discussed. The results showed that KMB was well dispersed in DMSO, and its diameter was 4.08 m.
