Transition as a concept, practice and experience has received increased attention by academics, activists and policy makers. However, how can we, or should we, manage the variety of transitions we are experiencing in ways which enable them to be more inclusive? The purpose of this workshop was to bring together a diverse range of approaches to 'transition' and discuss issues of managing, participating and challenging these different forms of transition.
