Inventory of raw material becomes important because it affects the cost and production process. If the amount of inventory is too small, it will disrupt the production process. Whereas if the amount of inventory is too large, it will cause an increase in storage costs so that absorbed funds are too large and this is a waste. CV. more » ... e needs. The purpose of this research is to find out the way to optimizing inventory control of green tea raw materials. This research uses a qualitative research design with case study research techniques. Data analysis used the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to determine the optimum inventory. The results of the research it is known that the material inventory control by CV. XY has not used certain methods,only based on estimates and past data. The EOQ method can be used to control green tea raw materials inventory because it can save Rp 1,685,397 or 40% of inventory costs. ABSTRAK Persediaan bahan baku menjadi penting karena berpengaruh terhadap biaya dan proses produksi. Jika jumlah persediaan terlalu kecil maka akan mengganggu proses produksi dan menghilangkan kesempatan mendapat keuntungan besar. Sedangkan pembelian dalam jumlah besar berakibat pada membengkaknya biaya penyimpanan sehingga dana yang terserap terlalu besar dan hal tersebut merupakan pemborosan. CV.
