Using six variables of demographic transition and with the help of multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA), the paper attempts to answer a question whether there is a significant GDP percapita growth effect on demographic transition across countries of Asia during 1980-85 to 2010-15 and shed some lights for demographic management. The significance of the GDP per capita growth effects on demographic transition is confirmed using MANOVA test statistics.
