Conservation of black orchids (Coelogyne pandurata Lindl.) is a high priority because the natural population is decreasing significantly. A typical method for orchid conservation is farming. The aims of this research were to examine the effects of adding benzyladenine (BA) to medium on the total number of buds, shoot initiation, and the number and length of roots.
