... per is to identify the criteria to assess Green IT practice among IT user. Systematic literature approach which consists of seven phases had being used to identify the criteria. As the finding, three main criteria had being identified: IT sourcing, IT operation and IT disposal. Each of these main criteria had sub-criteria which can be used to identify how green is an IT user.
