Democracy, Discrimination And Mobbing In The Romanian Educational System

A factor which can contribute to the occurrence of conflicts in the workplace is discrimination, which is defined as "the unjust or prejudicial treatment of a person compared against other members of an organization on the grounds of race, color, religion, origins, age, physical or mental impairment or sexual orientation". more » ... ce conflicts is cardinal. The existence of a job description for each position is important so that employees should know exactly their responsibilities for the job they do. The present study focuses on the findings of a survey carried out on a sample of 150 Master's degree students of various specialization programs: Tourism Geography (Bistriţa) and Curriculum Management, in 2014 and 2015. The respondents in the selected sample were full-time teachers of various disciplines (with classes at kindergarten, primary, lower and upper secondary education levels) doing their Master's degree. The subjects answered the questionnaire anonymously so that the truer and more accurate opinions could be collected.
