Interacting with physical CDs can be a very tangible and explorative experience. However, physical objects can't provide access to the digital services we are used to when using with digital music collections. In this paper we develop user interfaces for mobile phones that augment physical CDs to provide access to digital services. The most important functionalities of the music player are derived from a user study. Design sketches for the augmentation shown on the phone's display are collected
