The article creates a cognitive map of modern English-language gastronomic advertising discourse, which concentrates the main information for the representatives of the English-speaking ethnic community in this area of life. For this purpose, the system connections between the components of the conceptual system of modern English-language gastronomic advertising discoursediscourse-based concepts-autochthons are verified statistically with the help of quantitative methods in linguistics.
