The study on time domain of wheelsets pararneters is carried out about lateral vibration of locomotive & vehicle, freedom response is got from random response by random decrement technique and then modal parameters are identified also, Constant conicity and unconstant conicity are researched, and the way of geuing raridom decrement fimction is analysed. The results is geod by compute.
