Business process management (BPM) and process orientation is the focus of many researchers in the operational management. The model includes five dimensions of key factors for successful design, implementation and control of business processes, in accordance with the set of business strategies. Respondents in this research were middle and upper-level managers (315 respondents) from 45 organisations set in industrial, financial and telecommunications sectors. Research results show that organisations that have accepted the proposed model have a chance to take advantage of the process orientation positive effects and successfully manage business processes.
