Introduction The focus of the paper are some models of exemplary processes of hotel business. The models are tool that could be used successfully in managing the activities of companies operating in all sectors of the economy, including hospitality. Based on the models developed an in-depth analysis of the aspects covered by them could be performed. The results of the analysis would serve in making informed decisions about application of various management techniques and approaches in order substantial improvements in hotel business to be achieved.
