The study aimed to explore the prevailing leadership style school female leaders in Mecca, and its relationship to the organizational commitment and to explore differences between the responses depending on the type of education, and years of experience. To achieve the objective of the study, the descriptive approach was used . A representative random sample of (300) female high school teachers was selected in Mecca. The results showed that the leadership of the dominant pattern among high school principals -from the point of view of the teachers -is the democratic style with high level, Then Autocratic style with medium level , then Laissez-faire style with low level . The results showed no significant differences in the responses of the sample studying About the practice of high school principals of the three patterns, attributed to differ type education and years of experience . The results also showed that degree of teachers, Commitment Organizational structure that came at High level. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences in the responses of the teachers on the dimensions of the organizational commitment, due to the different type of education and years of experience. The results also showed a positive correlation between the prevailing democratic pattern and the organizational commitment. The results showed an inverse relationship between autocratic and Laissez-faire style, and organizational commitment. The study was accompanied by several recommendations, including strengthening the organizational commitment of school teachers, and trying to raise its level further by encouraging female managers to adopt modern leadership styles .
