A new method is introduced to analyze arbitrary Longitudinally Inhomogeneous Waveguides (LIWs). In this method, the integral equations of the LIWs, converted from their differential equations, are solved using the method of moments (MOM). It is assumed that the electric permittivity function is known at all or only at some points along the length of LIWs.
