The study aimed to investiagate the school cilmate and its relationship to positive psychological capital among primary school teachers. The results revealed that there was no a pozitif significant correlation between percieved school climate and positive psychological capital (r=.198, n=78, p=.081). Meanwhile, the study showed that primary school teachers' school climate perception and positive psychological capital perceptions were high ( X ̅ =94.58). In addition, there was no significant difference between positive psychological capital perceptions of primary school teachers and demographic variables.
