Utilizing Digital Contents through Blackboard in College

This study examined on how users utilize the features in an online learning management to aid students and instructors in college. Specific tools were identified that Korean and American users in their learning management systems as well as characters. Blackboard as digital contents available in most learning management system will be evaluated in higher education.
