The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of SAQ training on selected biochemical variables among college football players. For the present study 30 male college football players from Dr.Sivanthi Aditanar College of Engineering, Tiruchendur, Tuticorin, Tamilnadu were selected at random and their age ranged from 18 to 25 years. The subjects were randomly assigned to two equal groups of fifteen each and named as Group 'A' and Group 'B'. Group 'A' underwent SAQ training and Group 'B'
