Early definite diagnosis and active and effective treatment is the key to reduce the mortality and progress of natural epidemic-related renal injury to end-stage kidney disease. The present paper mainly introduces the clinical, pathological manifestations and prevention and treatment of renal injury caused by natural focus diseases (epidemic hemorrhagic fever, schistosomiasis, leptospirosis, malaria, Lyme disease), in order to improve the understanding of diagnosis and treatment of natural focus diseases-related kidney injury.
