An analytical model is developed to assess reactor strategy for the 233U-Pu crossed progeny fuel cycle systems with an energy cente cooncept, which was proposed for preventing diversion of nuclear material. The model is used for given sets of reactor fuel cycle characteristics to examine the reactor configuation which has most efficient fuel cycle dynamics in terms of system expansion ratio and the share of civilian reactor capacity . Numerical illustration is given to demonstrate the feasibility of the method.
