Two-frequency shell-model calculations for p-shell nuclei
2001
Journal of Physics G: Nuclear and Particle Physics
We have studied p-shell nuclei using a two-frequency shell-model approach with an effective interaction derived from the Bonn-A nucleon-nucleon potential by means of a G-matrix folded-diagram method. Shell-model wave functions of two different oscillator constant are employed, one for the inner 0s core orbit and the outer valence orbits, respectively. The binding energies, energy spectra, and electromagnetic properties are calculated and compared with experiment. A quite satisfactory agreement
