Voting plays a major role in electing a right person by the public to rule the country. The main aim of the paper is to perform two operations such as transaction of money and for voting application through ATM machine, by providing the authentication like Biometric -Fingerprint and Face Recognition through the comparison with the Aadhar car for more security and privacy. This voting application through ATM's makes more easier and faster for the people to increase the percentages of votes.
