The circuit described in this paper "Computer interfaced IC logic gate tester and R-C meter" is a device that can test and measure the value of the IC and R-C by connecting directly to the computer through the parallel port and using a software that control the device is a easy process for testing the logic IC, resistor and the capacitor.
