Bidimensional dual hesitant fuzzy (BDHF) set is developed to present preferences of a decision maker or an expert, which is more objective than existing fuzzy sets such as Atanassov's intuitionistic fuzzy set, hesitant fuzzy set, and dual hesitant fuzzy set.
