The results show that a well-implemented asset management will significantly improve the local public services; however, the implementation by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta still leaves something to be desired, especially with regard to aspects on land asset management. The finding of this study reveals that asset inventory and monitoring are two of the crucial components in the management of land asset in DKI Jakarta.
