This study design is more likely to assess and describe the analysis of smaller units, such as subgroups, organizations, companies, institutions, professions, public, teaching and learning process in schools or management decision-making process.Based on the results of research and discussion, we can conclude that; 1) understanding of cultural pluralism necessary in accordance with the dynamics and growth of the community; 2) there is some form of parental participations in education that have been implemented. 3) multicultural education is designed as closely as possible to facilitate contact between cultures in the community.
