Objective: To discuss the effects of monosialoteterahexosyl ganglioside combined with cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection on NIHSS scoring and ADL index of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage (ACH). Methods: A total of 148 cases with ACH who were admitted in our hospital between January 2015 and December 2015 were selected forth is study and were divided into study group and control group based on random number table (n=74). Patients in both groups were given conventional

Treatment course for each group was 1 month and then curative effect and prognosis relevant indexes of patients in both groups were compared. Results: NIHSS scoring of patients after treatment in both groups was significantly lower than before treatment, while ADL scoring was significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, NIHSS scoring of patients in study group was significantly lower than that in control group, while ADL scoring was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). IL-2, IL-4 and IL-10 levels of patients in both groups after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment, and IL-2, IL-4 and IL-10 levels of patients in study groups were significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Curative effect of monosialoteterahexosyl ganglioside combined with cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection in the treatment of ACH patients is better, which can lower the NIHSS scoring and promote the ADL index, and effectively improve the inflammation index levels of patients, and is worth of being popularized.
