The study aimed to identify the future of colleges after their conversion to postgraduate institutions, both in terms of reality and expectations. The descriptive analytical approach was utilised for this purpose. The sample of (300) faculty members in the education colleges was chosen at random; a questionnaire was used. The results showed the importance, requirements, and obstacles of converting education colleges into those specifically for postgraduate studies were high and medium. The
