In this paper we analyze the relevance of usage of expert data-based decision support tools during identification of informational operations. ... formation the knowledge engineer constructs the knowledge base in the subject area by using the respective decision-making support tools. According to the constructed knowledge base the queries are specified for analyzing the dynamics of the respective information issues by means of textual analytics. Using the results of the analysis and constructed knowledge base by means of decision-making support the degree of the achievement of the information operation objective is calculated taking the IO as complex system, components of which are specific information activities. Then, based on the calculations, the decision making persons can develop strategic and tactical measures on opposition to the information operation, estimate its efficiency and also efficiencies of its separate components. Application of the proposed methodology is clearly illustrated by an example of an informational operation against the National academy of sciences of Ukraine. The following software tools have been used: distributed expert data collection and processing system "Consensus-2", software complex for expert estimation using pair-wise comparisons "Level" ("Riven"), "Solon-3" decision support system, and content-monitoring system "InfoStream".
