Abstract: Congenital airway stenosis (tracheobronchial stenosis) in children is rare, difficult to treat and become more complex when associated with congenital heart defects. In severe airway stenosis, slide tracheobronchoplasty is the most optimal strategy to manage this condition, yet really challenging.
