... e study revealed regarding the success of the communication and media practices carried out by the Egyptian government in raising awareness of the Coronavirus; the researcher recommends that the government should continue in these efforts and not be limited to the Corona pandemic, but rather extend to health awareness of all diseases, to achieve health knowledge for all members of the community, and help them make decisions related to their health status, and to apply this in all crises facing the government. However, to provide accurate information that the public can trust, and to achieve overwhelming satisfaction among all groups; the researcher recommends the application of the open government strategy. The researcher also suggests supporting the application of open government with strategic regional cooperation, as the virus is cross-border in terms of spread and repercussions, as well as the result of the intertwining of the global economic system.
