Multiple community, data and policy methodologies were combined and further developed as a single approach to local energy master-planning. This built on existing publically accessible data approaches. The approach was developed with a practical settlement and its community. Validation and lessons are included to support further development. This report presents the methodology used to develop the Burntisland Local energy masterplan.
