Infective endocarditis (IE) is a rare but serious disease with different clinical pictures. Its neurological complication is commonly mistaken in term of diagnosis and treatment. Therefore, such cases must be taken under further diagnostic imaging for searching the basic structural lesions. more » ... n of local neurological complaint reason and subsequent therapy. He was found to have bacterial endocarditis after medical workup. It was diagnosed prospectively from positive tests of vegetation on Transesophageal echocardiogram and Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) results.
