De Schweinitz's well-known work on diseases of the eye appears in the fourth edition with numerous changes and additions bringing it well up to date. Much new matter has been added and certain chapters, such as those on refractions, movements of the eyeballs and others, have been considerably rewritten. The work will retain the favor which it has received from the profession.
