Successful Treatment of Coexistence of Diffused Large B Cell Lymphoma and Lung Adenocarcinoma, a Case Report

s u m m a r y Primary pulmonary diffuse large B cell lymphoma (PPDLBCL) is extremely rare, let alone coexistence of it with other tumors. Misdiagnosis might be made if this unique situation failed to be considered. Herein, we report a case of collision tumor made up of PPDLBCL and lung adenocarcinoma that we treated and followed for three years. After surgery to remove the tumor, the patient received chemotherapy used clinically for PPDLBCL and lung adenocarcinoma and completely recovered.
