s u m m a r y Primary pulmonary diffuse large B cell lymphoma (PPDLBCL) is extremely rare, let alone coexistence of it with other tumors. Misdiagnosis might be made if this unique situation failed to be considered. Herein, we report a case of collision tumor made up of PPDLBCL and lung adenocarcinoma that we treated and followed for three years. After surgery to remove the tumor, the patient received chemotherapy used clinically for PPDLBCL and lung adenocarcinoma and completely recovered.

... ar review did not observe recurrence. The mechanism of collision tumor in this case is unclear and the tumor was nonimmunoreactive for Napsin A and ALK, which is consistent with former reports. In conclusion, this report showed a rare collision tumor composed by PPDLBCL and lung adenocarcinoma and introduced the successful treatment regimen for it.
