В указанной методике особое внимание уделено распределению функций разработчиков основной образовательной программы по уровням управленческих действий: руководитель программы -декана факультета / директора института, проектировочная группа (ведущие преподаватели по данному профилю), преподаватели-разработчики. Представлено описание типовых проектировочных действий по разработке документации основной образовательной программы и ее элементов и функционирования экспертной системы, встроенной в электронную среду образовательной организации. Представленный в статье материал прошел длительную экспериментальную апробацию в Волгоградском государственном социальнопедагогическом университете (более 5 лет используется информационная система Matrix). Основные результаты, представленные в статье, заключаются в том, что показаны механизмы и возможности использования электронной среды образовательной организации для оптимизации и автоматизации разработки документации основной образовательной программы и ее элементов, унификации содержания основных элементов. This article describes one of the possible options for the development of documentation of the main educational program. It is revealed that there is a problem in the need to automate the process of development of basic educational programs at the University with a large variety of training profiles. An example of the development of the basic educational program for the direction "Pedagogical education" using the electronic environment of the educational organization (which is the information system matrix.vspu.ru). In this methodology, special attention is paid to the distribution of functions of the developers of the main educational program at the levels of management actions: the program Managerthe Dean of the faculty / Director of the Institute, the design team (leading teachers in this profile), teachers-developers. The description of typical design activities on development of documentation of the basic educational program and its elements and functioning of the expert system built in the electronic environment of the educational organization is presented. The material presented in the article passed a long-term experimental approbation in the Volgograd state social and pedagogical University (information system Matrix has been used for more than 5 years). The main results presented in the article are that the mechanisms and possibilities of using the electronic environment of an educational organization for optimization and automation of documentation development of the main educational program and its elements, unification of the content of the main elements are shown.
