Ovarian cystic lesions, once considered uncommon in children, represent nowadays subject for many studies. Controversies regarding the diagnostic and treatment still exist. Unspecific symptoms and difficulties in performing an accurate ultrasound in children, sometimes led to misdiagnose this condition.
