In this paper we describe how interactive visual analysis can be efficiently used to analyze a large ensemble of animal paths. Behavioral studies of animals are carried out in order to gain new insight in animal behavior, influence of drugs and various physiological processes. We illustrate how a coordinated multiple views system can complement conventional analysis and enable new insights in complex data.
