Specimens were collected before and after long term fasting in order to investigate effect of starvations on some productivity traits and body composition of fish. Fish were fed daily by commercial trout feed after May 2006. At each sampling time, 15 fish were sampled from square wooden net cages (5*5*8 m) for analysis.
