Medical images are inevitably affected by noise in the acquisition process. This paper describes an image denoising method based on bilateral filter and the K-SVD algorithm. Firstly, the method uses bilateral filter to divide the image into edge layer and residual layer. Then the K-SVD algorithm is used to process the residual layer of the image to avoid damaging the edges of the image.
